Learn with SofíaTravel Spanish is built around six situations travellers actually face. Each lesson introduces a small set of useful phrases, lets you hear and use them in context, then checks what you can recall.
Language focus: this first course uses everyday Spanish from Spain. Most phrases are widely understood across the Spanish-speaking world; regional alternatives will be flagged as the course grows.

Full named author and reviewer credits will be published before paid launch. Seren does not present this course-completion record as a formal language qualification.What comes afterwards?

Seren Learn is the self-guided digital learning platform from Seren Arts & Language Institute. It brings Seren's practical, flexible and confidence-building approach into short courses you can learn at your own pace.
Travel Spanish is our first course. The platform is designed to grow across languages, music and other Seren learning experiences.
Pronunciation playback uses the Spanish text-to-speech voice available on your browser or device. Voice quality and accent can vary.
You can learn locally without an account, or create a free Seren account to securely sync progress across devices. Local progress remains available as a browser cache and offline fallback.

Seren Learn is operated by Seren Arts & Language Institute. This notice explains the information used by the current beta and how learner accounts work.
If you use Seren Learn without an account, learning progress is stored locally in your browser. A small number of product-journey events may also be queued locally on your device; they are not sent to Seren unless you later create or sign into an account. If you create an account, we store your email address, display name, learning level, course progress, quiz scores, saved phrases, mastery status, learning preferences, account entitlement and resumable lesson-session state so your learning can sync across devices. During the beta, signed-in learners also generate limited learning events such as page or lesson entry, activity type, retries, correct/incorrect outcomes and lesson completion so we can identify where the learning experience needs improvement. If you use Ask Pablo and choose human escalation, Seren stores the support conversation, its course/lesson context, support category and your Guided-support allowance so authorised Seren staff can reply and maintain continuity.
We use this information to provide Seren Learn, authenticate your account, save and restore your learning progress, operate course access, support the service, understand the launch funnel and improve the learner experience. Access to learner-level launch reporting is restricted to authorised Seren administrators. Human support conversations are available only to the learner and authorised Seren support/tutor staff through protected server-side tools. We do not need your password in readable form; authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. Speaking activities may use your browser's speech-recognition capability. Seren Learn does not upload or store microphone audio in the current beta; for signed-in beta analytics we may store small outcome metadata such as whether speech recognition was available, whether an attempt was verified and a similarity score.
Cloudflare is used to deliver the Seren Learn web application. Supabase provides authentication, database and server-function infrastructure for learner accounts. Stripe billing infrastructure is prepared for the future paid service, but checkout remains disabled during the current beta and no card payment is taken by Seren Learn in beta mode.
You can use the current beta without an account, export local learning progress, sign out at any time, or permanently delete your Seren Learn account from the Account panel. Account deletion removes the live learner records connected to that account. Limited copies may remain temporarily in infrastructure backups according to provider retention processes.
This privacy notice is for the Seren Learn beta and will be reviewed before a wider paid/public launch, particularly when payments, broader analytics or additional service providers are introduced.

These terms apply to the current Seren Learn beta from Seren Arts & Language Institute.
Seren Learn provides self-guided educational content and learning tools. You may create a personal learner account and use the service for your own learning. Please keep account credentials secure and do not attempt to access another learner's account or interfere with the service.
Seren Learn can provide a course-completion record showing that you finished a self-guided course. It is not a formal language qualification, regulated award or evidence of a particular CEFR level unless a future course explicitly states otherwise.
Ask Pablo uses a verified Seren answer library; it is not an unrestricted AI tutor and should escalate rather than invent an answer when the knowledge base is insufficient. Signed-in beta learners may be given a limited allowance of asynchronous human learning questions. This is not live chat, no fixed response time is promised during beta, and file, audio or video marking is not currently included unless Seren explicitly enables that feature later. Account, billing and technical service problems are treated separately from learning-support allowances.
The product is still being tested. Features, course content, availability, tutor-support allowances and commercial packaging may change while the beta develops. We aim to preserve learner progress, but beta users should understand that technical issues can occur.
Seren Learn course text, lesson structure, visual design and original learning materials belong to Seren Arts & Language Institute or are used with permission. Personal use is allowed through the service; copying or redistributing substantial course content is not.
You may sign out or permanently delete your account through the Account panel. Deleting an account is irreversible and removes access to the associated cloud learning record.
No real payment is taken in the current beta. Membership pricing shown in the app is a commercial preview. Paid subscription terms, cancellation and refund information will be finalised before live payments are enabled.
